Meta / Facebook / WhatsApp User Data Deletion – Techsup Support
This page explains how users of Techsup Support applications that integrate with Meta platforms (including Facebook and WhatsApp) can request the deletion of their personal data.
Techsup Support may receive and process limited user data from Meta products (such as name, profile details, phone number, and messages) solely for the purpose of delivering IT services, contact center services, and related support functionality.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you have used a Techsup Support application connected to your Facebook or WhatsApp account and would like your data deleted from our systems, please follow the steps below:

Send an email to privacy@techsup.co

Use the subject line: Meta Data Deletion Request

In the email body, include the following information:

Your full name

The phone number and/or Facebook account used with our application

The name of the app or service (for example: Techsup Support WhatsApp Integration)

Optionally, specify any particular data or time period you would like deleted.
What Happens After Your Request

Techsup Support will verify your identity and confirm the association of your Meta account with our systems.

Once verification is complete, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data associated with that account from our active systems, except where retention is required to comply with legal, regulatory, or accounting obligations (such as invoicing and statutory records).

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is completed. In most cases, this will occur within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
Scope of Deletion

Data deletion applies only to information that Techsup Support controls within its own applications and infrastructure. It does not apply to data stored independently by Meta (including Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram) under their own privacy policies. To delete data held by Meta, users must use Meta’s own account settings and tools.
